The Alchemy Kitchen Healthy Chocolate Pot Recipe

Here’s an easy and healthy (yay I hear you cry!) chocolate pot dessert that’s quick to make and even quicker to eat. It’s packed with lovely, healthy ingredients and has no refined sugars.

The Alchemy Kitchen Healthy Chocolate Pot

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: None
Serves: 2

INGREDIENTS

1 large, ripe avocado
1 tablespoon of coconut oil – I use Lucy Bee
½ a small cup of almond milk (or a dairy free alternative)
1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup
2 tablespoons of raw cacao powder – I use this one but you can swop out for a high quality cocoa powder if you prefer

METHOD

  • Cut avocado into quarters and place in a blender or Nutri bullet.
  • Add coconut oil, cacao poweder, honey and milk.
  • Blend at high speed for 1-2 minutes or until smooth
  • De-cant into serving dishes.
  • Garnish with a choice of whatever takes your fancy. I use chopped almonds, raw cocoa nibs or soft fruits, such as raspberries.

For the best results, leave in the fridge to chill for 30 minutes.
